Application Camp 2019

ABOUT THE CAMP

VENUE:

  • WHITHAUGH PARK, NEWCASTLETON

DATES:

  • 13th – 20th JULY 2019

COST:

  • £190 for forms submitted before 28th of February
  • £230 for forms submitted before the 31st of May

A minimum deposit of £50 is required with the form; the balance is to be paid by 31st May.

Forms submitted online will be instantly acknowledged by an email.

There are limited funds available to subsidise the cost of Camp for those who may find the cost of funding your child to attend camp difficult. If you would like more information, please contact the Camp Director in complete confidence.

Data protection

Maranatha Camp will hold your details securely but will not release the information to any third party. Some Camper details will be shared with Whithaugh Park. We will use your contact details to keep you informed of Camp or other Christian events throughout the year. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please email maranathacamp@outlook.com with your preferences.

What if I cancel?

The Booking Secretary should be informed immediately. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Contact During Camp

If your child contacts you whilst they are at camp expressing unhappiness or a desire to come home we would ask that you contact the Camp Director on 07464 404873 (Number only active during camp). Mobile phones will be removed from campers at night-time. Should you need to contact your child between the hours of 11pm and 8am, please phone the Camp Director on 07464 404873.(Number only active during camp).

Behaviour

To ensure the successful enjoyment of camp by all, it is essential that a high standard of behaviour is maintained. We reserve the right to send home any child who’s behaviour is compromising their own or others’ safety, or adversely affecting the enjoyment and wellbeing of others. Should this become necessary, parents will be advised and it will be the responsibility of the parents to make the necessary travel arrangements.
